Passion for Promarkers

Hey peeps, hope you are all ok, Passion for Promarkers is here again and this week the colours are Tulip Yellow & Baby Pink and we would also like to see stitching on your cards, faux or real.

Anyway, here is my card:

I have used this sweet chick from the Digistamp Boutique and coloured her in the following Promarkers:

cerise, pale pink, baby pink, sunflower, tulip yellow, bright green & meadow greem

The sentiment is computer generated, I have used white craftwork card candy dots for the embellies, coloured with the baby pink Promarker, The ribbon is from my stash and the green panel has been embossed with the swiss dots cuttlebug folder.

Passion for Promarkers Buttons & Bows

Tuesday rolls around so quickly & along with it comes Passion for Promarkers, this week Sue wants us to use buttons & Bows on our cards. I decided a baby card was in order for this challenge so I inked up a rather neglected Elzybells stamp I have had collecting dust for a while, such a cute stamp, I do like Elzybells products, I must get more!!!!

The paper is Imaginecse & the ribbon & button are from my stash. I am not sure where I have seen this layout before but it was defo on someone's blog........if it's yours let me know so I can give you proper credit.

Hope you have a great day, I will be working.....Yawn

Another CASE

Happy Valentines day to you all, hope cupid got his aim right for you!!! My hubby is such a romantic, he has gone off roading with his pals today....LOL. I don't mind, I am not a romantic person myself, so he is forgiven.

Anyway forgive me for being such a copy cat with the last 2 cards I have posted but sometimes I like to just make a card without having to think for myself!! I could not resist CASEing this card from the fab Maria Bell, Maria has hundreds of wonderful cards on her blog...............I would love to CASE them all!!!!!

Anyway, I changed a few subtle things, such as added a button to the bow & used Basic grey backing paper as I did not have the one Maria used...LOL.... I have inked up my poor neglected GF stamps at last, they are sooooooo sweet.

Anyway, I best get the housework done, got loads to do today!!

CASED Valentine

Happy Friday to you all, I am glad it's the weekend but I am working all day again tomorrow, I have worked 6 days a week since the New Year, it's beginning to take it's toll but got to get the overtime whilst it's on offer, it won't last long considering there are more job cuts on the horizon..........or will it??? The overtime is required as a result of the last batch of job cuts so if we lose any more peeps it will only get worse!!

Anyway here is another Valentine card, CASED from the fab Ilina Crouse, I couldn't resist, I love it. On the inside I have hid the ribbon and patching with another piece of Kraft cut to size, such a simple but effective card me thinks.

Supplies used:

Stampin up, well scripted (not available in the UK), Heart punch, Kraft card
Non SU - DP, Ribbon & heart nesties, paper piercer

Hope you like it, I am hoping to catch up on my commenting soon, I am just struggling to fit everything in on a Sunday.......need more hours in the day!!!

Valentine challenges

Well, it's been ages since I entered any challenges & today I am entering my card into 3!!!!

I have really enjoyed using this weeks fab sketch from Friday Sketchers which came in handy when a colleague of mine at work asked me to make a last minute.com Valentine card for the love of his life..................I did say no more comissions but he is a good pal & I could not say no!!!!

I set about making a cute Tilda card & it has just occurred to me that I have used a Tilda blowing kisses, should I have used an Edwin???? I am not sure that this is the kind of card that a man would send a woman.....what do you think? Please be honest, if all else fails, I have a back up card that I will post on here tomorrow, i never think things through......LOL.....bull in a china shop........anyway, here is the card:

The inside:

The delish papers are Making Memories, I had a bit of a splurge at Stampeezee and they fell into my basket...........oops...... the stamps are all Magnolia and I have used my cuttlebug and nesties to create the heart shapes. I have coloured Tilda with Promarkers and used stickles on her wings. The cardstock & ink is from Stampin Up..............I just love the co-ordination of their products!!!!!

You may notice the card is a tad similar to one in a previous post.......I sort of CASED myself.........LOL

I also think my card qualifies for the Tuesday Taggers challenge which is themed 'Love is all around', fab theme if I do say so myself, cute card Thursday are also running an 'In the name of Love' theme this week, so I am going to sneak it in there to.

Anyway, I am off to have my tea now I have made cards to take to work tomorrow!!

Passion for Promarkers

Happy Tuesday everyone and time for another Passion for Promarkers challenge and this week are guest designer Emma has chosen the colours Agean, Sky blue & Cool Aqua.
I decided my Whipper Snapper Nurse was perfect for this challenge and was a dream to colour. I was a little dissapointed though as I wanted a get well soon stamp to go into a circle but I didn't have one, A suprise consediring the size of my collection!!!! I had to use this Thinking of you sentiment from a clear Penny Black set I have, got to say I am not to impressed with small clear stamps, they will all be making their way to EBAY soon to make room and pennies for other stash.

The paper I have used is Imaginesce and the border, scallop circle & circle punches are from Stampin Up, love em, the cardstock I have used is also SU. The embossed panel was done with my trusty cuttlebug and swiss dots embossing folder
Have a great week

'All creatures great & small'

So dig out your animal/insect stamps and join in the fun, I have chosen the delish Magnolia elephant, he is a dream to colour, i used the ice Greys & pastel pink for his cheeks.

The sentiment is by Unity and has been punched out with Stampin Up's word window punch, love that punch, the DP is Dovecraft by Kate Knight
