Quick Anniversary card

This card was created for some special friends on their anniversary, I was lacking inspiration so I turned to splitcoaststampers for some ideas and stumbled across this simple but elegant card by Babybluegirl (the lovely Alex Hau) you can see it here

I created it in purple as that is my friends favourite colour and I put my own slant on it but the basic idea came from Alex's card....thank you hunni.

Recipe
  • Stamps: SU SAB set, En Francais background stamp
  • Cardstock SU Elegant Eggplant & white from stash
  • Ribbon: SU Elegant Eggplant 1/4" grosgrain ribbon
  • Tools: Cuttlebug & swiss dots embossing folder
